VertOS Expands Global Ground Transport Demand and Supply Through HQ Connect

Vert is expanding its international ground transport network through a new partnership with HQ and HQ Connect, creating a two-way connection between enterprise demand and vetted transportation supply.

Through the partnership, eligible VertOS suppliers can receive qualified enterprise bookings from HQ, while bookings originating through VertOS can be fulfilled internationally through HQ Connect’s established global supplier network.

In practical terms, VertOS can now both bring work into its supplier network and extend work beyond it.

What Is the VertOS and HQ Partnership?

VertOS is a ground transport operating system that connects transport suppliers with the technology, demand sources and partner networks needed to run and grow their operations.

HQ provides enterprise ground transportation through its wider technology and supplier ecosystem, while HQ Connect gives clients access to a vetted global network of transportation providers across more than 1,000 cities and six continents.

The partnership connects these two networks.

HQ can route eligible ground transport bookings into VertOS, where they can be fulfilled by participating chauffeur, private hire and taxi suppliers.

At the same time, VertOS can access HQ Connect’s wider international supplier network when a journey needs to be fulfilled outside the existing VertOS network.

This creates a two-way relationship across demand, supply and technology.

“We’re thrilled to be working with HQ and connecting VertOS into the HQ Connect network. It gives our suppliers access to a much broader source of enterprise demand, while also giving us a trusted way to extend bookings internationally through a vetted global supply network.”

-Dacian Keran, CEO, Vert

How Does the Partnership Benefit VertOS Suppliers?

Through the connection with HQ, participating VertOS suppliers gain another route to enterprise ground transportation work without having to independently source and manage every client relationship.

Bookings can flow into the same VertOS environment already used to manage wider operations, including:

  • bookings

  • chauffeurs

  • vehicles

  • clients

  • compliance

  • payments

  • partner connectivity

This means suppliers can manage incoming work within the same system used to run the rest of their transport operation.

For VertOS, this is an important part of the product model. The platform is designed not only to help suppliers manage the work they already have, but also to connect them with new sources of demand.

How Does VertOS Fulfil International Ground Transport Bookings?

The partnership also works in the opposite direction.

Ground transport businesses regularly receive client requests outside their own operating area, existing supplier network or home country. Traditionally, fulfilling these bookings can involve finding a local supplier, carrying out due diligence, agreeing commercial terms and managing the journey through a separate process.

Through HQ Connect, VertOS can access an established global network of vetted transportation providers, giving VertOS-connected businesses another route to fulfil international bookings without needing to build and maintain a direct supplier relationship in every city or country they serve.

A booking originating through VertOS can therefore be extended beyond the immediate VertOS supplier network when international or out-of-area fulfilment is required.

A Two-Way Global Ground Transport Network

The most important part of the partnership is that it works in both directions.

This makes VertOS more than a software platform or one-way demand marketplace. It connects operational technology, demand and supply across multiple ground transportation networks.

As more suppliers, demand partners and external networks connect, the value of that infrastructure increases on both sides.

Suppliers can participate in a wider ecosystem without giving up their independence. Demand partners can access more high-quality transport capacity without relying on a single closed supply base.

Built on Vert’s London Operation

VertOS is already used across Vert’s own ground transportation operation in London.

With this same system, Vert has achieved consistently high customer ratings across its London operations. VertOS suppliers have access to technology that has been developed and used within a live transport business, rather than a system built in isolation from day-to-day operations.

VertOS brings together the wider operating requirements of a modern ground transport business, including booking management, chauffeur operations, vehicles, client accounts, compliance, payments and external partner connectivity.

The HQ partnership extends that infrastructure further by connecting operational technology directly with wider supply and international fulfilment.

Why This Matters for Ground Transport Suppliers

A supplier can provide excellent service and still struggle to access larger commercial opportunities.

At the same time, businesses serving corporate and international clients often need reliable transportation in markets where they do not have their own vehicles or direct supplier relationships.

The VertOS and HQ partnership helps address both sides of that problem by connecting local operators to wider networks without forcing them into a closed ecosystem.

“Ground transport should not become a market where one platform owns both the demand and the supply. Local operators should be able to retain their independence while still accessing global demand, and clients should be able to reach the best available supply without compromising on quality. Partnerships like this move the industry towards a more open, connected network while preserving the service standards that matter in premium ground transport.”

-Dacian Keran, CEO, Vert

The result is a more connected model for ground transportation.

Rather than every supplier, operator or platform having to build the same relationships independently, demand and supply can move between connected networks through technology.

What Makes VertOS Different From Traditional Dispatch Software?

Traditional dispatch software primarily helps operators manage bookings they already receive.

VertOS is designed around a wider operating model.

Alongside booking management, the platform supports chauffeurs, vehicles, clients, compliance, payments and partner connectivity while also connecting suppliers with external sources of demand and supply.

The HQ partnership demonstrates that wider approach.

VertOS can help suppliers manage their own operation, receive work from external demand partners and extend bookings through external supplier networks when required.

Building a More Connected Ground Transport Network

The HQ partnership is another step towards making VertOS a connected operating layer for ground transportation businesses internationally.

As more suppliers, demand partners and technology platforms connect to VertOS, businesses can access more opportunities without having to build every relationship or process independently.

For suppliers, that means greater access to connected networks and commercial opportunities.

For operators and clients, it means more places where bookings can be reliably fulfilled.

And for the wider ground transport industry, it means moving away from disconnected systems towards a more connected network of demand, supply and technology.
